National Suicide
Prevention Lifeline

If you or someone you know is suicidal or in emotional distress, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 (TALK).  Trained crisis workers are available to talk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Your confidential and toll-free call goes to the nearest crisis center in the Lifeline National Network.  The Crisis Text Line is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the U.S. at any time and a live, trained crisis counselor receives your text and responds on a secure online platform.  You can also call 211 to speak with a live, trained service professional in your local area.  All calls are confidential and 211 is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
