Becoming a Member of Caloosa Veterinary Medical Society
We include both veterinarians and veterinary support staff in our membership. Our members get access to free and low-cost veterinary CE throughout the year such as Tri-County Conference in March, Peter Piper Memorial Conference in August and other CE dinner presentations which are at no extra cost to members.

STEP 2: After you submit the form below you will be automatically redirected to the membership payments page where you can select the membership payment option for either the Veterinarian or Technician and supporting staff.
If you are submitting multiple supporting staff for membership please include their information in the text field of the form below. When you are redirected to the membership payments page select the appropriate number of staff or Veterinarian memberships and then "Add to cart". You will open up the cart page where you can increase the number of memberships to match the number you submitted on your form. Once complete click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button at the bottom left corner under the cart. This will redirect you to fill in your information and credit card info. We follow up on every entry to confirm all information.
